Ms. Sheila Raburn Balega, age 55, of 388 Long Branch Rd., Temple passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at her residence. Ms. Balega was born in Carroll County on August 8, 1954, the daughter of the late Stanley Lee Raburn and the late Sara Lou Harris Raburn. Prior to being diagnosed with breast cancer, Ms. Balega enjoyed traveling and worked as a Dental Office Manager. In recent years she dedicated herself to taking care of her elderly parents, decorating her new home, and spending time with her pets. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Will Coyle of Atlanta; son, Jeffery Wade Carden of Temple; fiance'' Duane Cox; sister, Janice Kittle Talley; brother, Jimmy Claude Kittle and a number of other relatives. A gathering of family and friends in memory of Ms. Balega will be held Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at her residence located at 388 Long Branch Rd., Temple, GA 30179.
