Ms. Sarah Virginia Harper Rush, age 74, of Bremen passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017.  Ms. Rush was born in Estaboga, Alabama, on January 10, 1943.  She was the daughter of the late Claude Lee Harper and the late Evelyn Inez Hannah Harper.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Hunter Craft; and two brothers, C.L. Harper and Jackie Harper.

Survivors include three daughters, Saralyn and her husband, Ronnie Craft of Bremen, Sandra Rush and her companion, Chasity Young of Carrollton and Cindy Price of Bremen; two sons, Curtis and his wife, Brenda Keaton of Carrollton and Doug and his wife, Charlotte Keaton of Bremen; three sisters, Joyce Stapleton of Mobile, AL, Jean Ann and her husband, Daryl Pugh of Panama City , FL and June Agan of Bremen; eight grandchildren, Richard Keaton, Jennifer Brown, Greg Keaton, Jesse Keaton, Shannon Keaton, Kevin Keaton, Amanda King and Tyler Craft; thirteen great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jason Owens officiating.  Interment will follow in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
