Mrs. Sarah Virginia Moss Mauldin, age 82, of Buchanan formerly of Dallas passed away Friday, December 2, 2016.  Mrs. Mauldin was born in Paulding County, Georgia, on November 28, 1934.  She was the daughter of the late William Moss and the late Annie Lou Moss.  Mrs. Mauldin was as retired nurse, having worked at Wellstar Paulding Hospital.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Leon Mauldin; two daughters, Bobbie Kathrine Nation and Debra Sue Thompson; two sisters, Tommie Cantrell and Shirley Jones; three brothers, Charles Moss, Jack Moss, James Moss and Dave Moss.

Survivors include three grandchildren Jennifer Sue Hulsey; Sandy Leona Nation and Jessica Nation Sosebee; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside memorial services will be conducted Friday, December 9, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. from New Hope Cemetery in Paulding County with Rev. Randy Clarke officiating.
