Sandra Fay Worthy, age 81 of Piedmont, Alabama, formerly of Buchanan, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 6, 2025.  Born on July 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Robert Tolbert and the late Virginia Bell Tolbert Braswell.  In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lewis "Pete" Worthy, and her brother, Ricky Tolbert.  She retired after many years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Her survivors include her daughter, Kristi Worthy; her grandchildren, Lacey Worthy, Christian Worthy, and Tyler Worthy; and her precious great-grandchildren: Lydia Worthy and Autumn Worthy.

In keeping with the family's wishes, she will be cremated.
