Mrs. Sandra Nan Etheridge Cole, age 71, of Buchanan passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014.  Mrs. Cole was born in Austell, Georgia on August 16, 1942.  She was the daughter of the late Rural Etheridge and the late Mary Pearl Cochran Denson.  Mrs. Cole was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Raymond Cole, Sr.; and one brother, Hoyt Carver.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Claude Raymond and Christy Cole, Jr. of Wedowee, AL; six sisters and three brothers-in-law, Ann Pless of Lithia Springs, Linda and Holbert Keown of Bremen, Brenda Witt of Carrollton, Cathy Bennett of Atlanta, Lois and Grant Pitts of Douglasville, Connie and Randy Adams of Carrollton and Carol Etheridge of Arkansas; two brothers, Billy Etheridge of Villa Rica and James Bennett of Carrollton; three grandchildren; one great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Grant Pitts officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
