Ruth Lucille Wells Shadrix, age 90 of Bremen, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. She was born on April 13, 1930 in Dayton, OH to the late Chester Robert Wells and the late Nellie Grant Turner Wells. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Kermit Shadrix and son, Jeffery Lynn Shadrix

She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Lorri (Rick) Tomei of Temple, Carrie Nell Prater of Bremen and Julie (Tommy) McLeod of Winston; one brother, Robert Lowell Wells of Alberta, AL; six grandchildren, Shadra Tomei, Nicolas Tomei, Rachel Sue Dickinson, Jesse James Prater, Bo King and Madison Viveiros; three great-grandchildren, Hunter Tomei, Jaclyn Tomei, Alexander Guy Prater and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Ruth's wishes she will be cremated.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
