Mrs. Ruth Ann Cheek Dyer, age 84, of Carrollton passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  Mrs. Dyer was born in Douglasville, Georgia on October 18, 1932.  She was preceded in death by her mother Flora Cheek; two children Lori Ann Dyer and Thomas Wayne Dyer, as well as a number of brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Lynn Covera of Carrollton and a number of other relatives.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

In keeping with Mrs. Dyers wishes she was cremated.
