Ruby Jewell Cain Young, age 96 of Temple, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023. She was born on September 8, 1927, to the late Henry Cain and the late Bessie Barkwell Cain. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Anthony Loyal Young; sister, Geneva Cain; brothers, William Cain, Troy Cain and Calvin Cain.

Ruby was very creative and enjoyed making bows and other decorations.  She loved reading and working crossword puzzles.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Brenda B. Young of Bremen and several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM from Piney Woods Cemetery with Brother Homer Wysner officiating.
