Roy Braxton Love, age 79 of Carrollton, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022. He was born on September 15, 1943, to the late Paul Braxton Love and the late Alice Mae Barker Love. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Stan Braxton Love.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Love of Carrollton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Clayton Phillip and Katie Love of Cedartown and Rex Crawford and Melanie Love of Cedartown; step-children and their spouses, Pam and Todd Baldwin of IN, Melissa and Ricky Newborn of Carrollton, Gwen and Reggie Benson of Carrollton and John and Tammy Williams of Tallapoosa; sisters, Charlotte Jordan and Pat Love; grandchildren, Kyle Hunter Love, Kinsey Grace Love, Joshua Love, Emily Love, Jada Love, Abby Love; multiple step grands and multiple great grandchildren.

In keeping with Roy's wishes he will be cremated.

The family will host a memorial service on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Stewart House Chapel in Carrollton.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
