Mr. Roy William Weaver, III, age 66, of Tallapoosa passed away Wednesday, Mrch 2, 2011. Mr. Weaver was born in Fresno, California on January 31, 1945. He was the son of the late Roy William Weaver, Jr. and the late Virginia Grace Weaver. Mr. Weaver was a retired store director with Shoney''s Restaurants. Survivors include one daughter, Gina Weaver; one son, Roy Weaver, Jr.; four grandchildren, Patricia Nicole Weaver, james Fast, Paul Fast and Roy Weaver, V; and a number of other relatives. No services are planned. The body was cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
