Mrs. Rosie Lee Burns Mason, age 86, of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020. She was born on September 3, 1933 in Buchanan to the late Lena Burns Shoemake. Besides her mother she is preceded in death by her husband Luther Eugene Mason.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Jim Cox of Buchanan; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry "Rabbit" and Liz Mason of Buchanan and Danny and Vickie Mason of Buchanan; one sister-in-law, Grace Thomas of Bremen; nine grandchildren, Jay (Robin) Mason, Dana (Chris) Cox, Tangi Dewberry, Cassie (Chris) Hardin, Jacob Cox, Joelton Cox, Kayla (Chris) Mixon, Blake Holcombe and Koscha Holcombe; twelve great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 17, 2020 from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM with Brother Ricky Shirley and Brother Josh Dutton officiating. Interment will follow in Buchanan Church of God Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Jay Mason, Jacob Cox, Joelton Cox, Tristan Mason, Chris Cox and Tyler Ivey .

The family will receive friends on Sunday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
