Mr. Robert Golden Norris, age 77, of Tallapoosa passed away Monday, November 17, 2014.  Mr. Norris was born in Atlanta on December 30, 1936.  He was the son of the late Matthew Norris and Marguarite Clark. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son Timothy Norris and one half brother William Wagner.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Norris of Tallapoosa; one son James Norris of Tallapoosa; one daughter-in-law Christina Davis of Tallapoosa and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
