Mr. Robert Lee Milam, Jr., age 74, of Tallapoosa passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013. Mr. Milam was born in Polk County on December 5, 1930. He was the son of the late Robert Lee Milam, Sr. and the late Annie Laura Fortune Milam. Mr. Milam was a retired construction worker.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Parrish Milam of Tallapoosa; one son, Terry Milam of Tallapoosa; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Frances Henderson of Rockmart, Sheryl and Ricky Weaver of Cedartown and Brenda and Wayne Wills of Jacksonville, AL; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Steve Jones officiating. Music will be rendered by Daniel Addison. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Keith Peek, Ricky Weaver, Mike Britt, Sergio Pderoza and Tyler Willhoite.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
