Mr. Robert Fred Huey, age 73, of Muscadine, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016.  Mr. Huey was born in Carrollton, Georgia on January 30, 1943.  He was the son of the late Dorsey F. Huey and the late Ila Ree Ragland Huey.  Mr. Huey was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was retired from Printpack in Carrollton.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Inez Sanders Huey of Muscadine, AL; two daughters and sons-in-law, Wendy and John Grey and Paula and Todd Holloway all of Douglasville; one son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Tammy Huey of Atlanta; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Homer Wysner officiating.  Music will be by Kara Holloway.  Military honors will be provided by the Haralson County Veterans Association.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
