Ricky D. Carroll, age 75 of Tallapoosa, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was born on September 18, 1946 to the late Joseph Carroll and the late Jeanne Leetch Carroll. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Higgs, Candice Carroll Funk and Jolene Carroll New; one brother, Denny Carroll; grandson, Christopher James lowery and one great grandchild, Taylon River Lowery.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kelley Carroll and Kevin Lites, Sr. of Newnan and Michelle Carroll and Ricky Wade of Tallapoosa; two sisters, Misty Carroll Phillis and Christa Carroll both of Illinois; two brothers, Gary Carroll of Florida and Bruce Carroll of Illinois; grandchildren, Kevin Lites, Jr., Cody Lies, Courtney Lites, James Edward Lowery (Angelica Jones), and Hannah Lowery; great grandchildren, Raleign Lowery, Laylan Lowery, Zayden Lowery, Keelie Lowery, Olivia Lowery, Ryleigh Lowery, Hunter Lites, Trevor Lites and Aubrey Gage; nephew Troy Tracy including several other nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Ricky's wishes he will be cremated.
