Mrs. Peggy Allene Williams Smith, age 69, of 231 Levi Patterson Rd., Waco passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010. Mrs. Smith was born in Carrollton on August 27, 1941. She was the daughter of the late Roy Williams and the late Pearlie Driver Smith. Survivors include her husband, Fred Smith of Waco; one son, David Lee Smith of Waco; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. No services are planned. The body will be cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
