Ms. Patricia Irene Weems Whitten, age 70, of Bowdon, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020. She was born on January 11, 1950 in Borden Springs, AL to the late Douglas Weems and the late Mary Ellen Dyer Weems. Beside her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Edwin Weems.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Sonya Keenum of Bowdon, Crystal and Kenneth Sharp of Thomaston and Amanda and Jimmy Crawford of Kennesaw; one sister, Mary Beth "Barbee" Goodman of Snellville; nine grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Ms. Whitten's wishes she will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
