Ms. Patricia Joann Gravley Thompson, age 69, of Tallapoosa, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. She was born on October 24, 1950 in Atlanta to the late Johnny Lee Gravley and the late Maggie Juanita Ramsey Gravley. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Rhonda Sue Thompson.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Allen Thompson of Temple; one sister Alesia Newman of Tallapoosa; lifelong companion of 40 years David M. Roe; five grandchildren, Bobby Allen Thompson of Villa Rica, Alicia Thompson McKey of Villa Rica, Wesley Nelson, Jr. of Canton, Michael Nelson of Canton and Megan Geary of Tennessee; three great grandchildren, Lakota Culwell of Tallapoosa, Spencer McKey of Villa Rica, Shy Geary of Tennessee; special nephew, Rick Comstock and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated.
