Ms. Patricia Norton Rice, age 65 of Bowdon, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, in a local healthcare facility.  She was born December 13, 1955, in Carrollton, GA, to the late Catherine Prestridge Norton and the late Martin Norton. In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha Nicole Jiles; a son, Joshua Martin Jiles; a sister Sue Norton Chase; and a brother Donald Norton.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Davis Phillips of Bremen; two grandchildren, Hadley Phillips and Huck Phillips of Bremen; and a sister Virginia Norton Busby of Smyrna.

In accordance with Patricia's wishes she will be cremated.  A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
