Norma Jean Payne Green, age 76 of Buchanan, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020. She was born on April 13, 1944 in Centre, AL to the late Belvey Eugene Payne and the late Edna Estelle Cline Payne. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Curtis Green.

Survivors include three daughters, Tammy Green of Buchanan, Tracey Lynn Green of Buchanan and Tabitha Dawn Gottschalk of Decatur, AL; three sons and daughter-in-law, Curtis Eugene Green, Wesley Howard and Barbara Green of Conyers and Richard Alan Green of Fayetteville; two sisters, Juanita P. Harvey and Rebecca Lamb; one brother, Lonnie Cline; thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 11:00 AM from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Reverend Rodney Wilburn officiating. Interment will be at 2:30 at Sherwood Cemetery, 6841 Tara Blvd., Jonesboro, GA 30236.
