Mrs. Nancy Lanetta Wade Swann, age 57, of Buchanan passed away Friday, February 28, 2014.  Mrs. Swann was bon in Carrollton, Georgia on December 15, 1956.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Lyle Wade; and two brothers, Billy Wade and Jerry White.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Daniel Snell of Rockmart and Kimberly and Alex Vaughn of Silver Creek; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Jo Ann Holcombe of Bremen, Peggy and Frankie Capes of Carrollton and Zelda and David Hammock of Bremen; one brother, Pat White of Temple; father and step-mother, Carlos and Sandra Wade of Bremen; four grandchildren, Destiny Healey, Jaden Snell, Tyler Snell and Devin Vaughn; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 3, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. from Piney Woods Baptist Church with Rev. David McKenzie and Rev. Shane Wade officiating.  Interment will follow in Piney Woods Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Daniel Snell, Alex Vaughn, Mack Gann, Jaden Snell, Tyler Snell and Devin Snell.

The remains will lie in state at the Church from 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
