Nancy White Baldwin, age 83 of Waco, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, in a local hospital.  Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on December 3, 1940, she was the daughter of the late John Peter White and the late Alice Miller White.  In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Baldwin, Jr.

Nancy loved being outdoors.  Some of her favorite outdoor activities were camping and gardening.  Planting and tending to her flowers brought her so much joy.

Survivors include her daughters, Ruth (Ronald) Britton of Waco, Judith (Jimmy) Burrell of NC, Mary (Alan) Knighton of NC, and Jeannette (Junior) Woody, NC; and her son, John (Ronni) Ballard of  SC. Also surviving are her sister, Carol Fincher of SC; her grandchildren: Jennifer Burrell, Aaron Burrell, Mark (Chasity) Parris, Tanya Parris, Bradley Ley, Ashley Keylon, Laci King and Travis Ballard; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, March 5, 2024, from 6:00 until 7:00 at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel in Buchanan.  Interment will follow at a later date in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton where her husband is buried.

According to her wishes, Nancy will be cremated.
