Myles Eric Easterwood, age 65, of Buchanan passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Mr. Easterwood was born in Centre Alabama on September 14, 1947. He was the son of the late Milas Hubert Easterwood and Helen Smith Hendon.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Easterwood of Buchanan; two daughters Laina (Robert) Milam of Buchanan and Connie Cruz of Buchanan; two sons, Myles Eric (Jeri) Easterwood Jr. of Piedmont, Alabama and Jack Anthony Easterwood of Buchanan; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and another of number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim Bennett. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Kelly Hogue, Robert Milam, Josh Easterwood, Brian Easterwood, Steven Easterwood and Damien Kniple serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Friday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
