Mitchell Wayne Robinson, age 63 of Bremen, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, surrounded by his family.  Born in Carrollton on April 10, 1961, he was the son of Wayne Robinson and the late Jackie Tolbert Robinson.  In addition to his mother, Mitchell was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Robinson.

A 1979 graduate of Bremen High School, Mitchell was an avid reader and had a gift for remembering all that he read.  He loved his family fiercely, especially his nieces.  Mitchell also loved his dog "Dixie" who was his constant companion and friend.  He enjoyed making friends and loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus.  Mitchell will be dearly missed by all who loved him.

Left to cherish his memories are his father, Wayne Robinson of Bremen; his sister and brother-in-law, Tina & Ray Jones of Rome; and his precious nieces, Meghan (Warren) Brumbelow, Ansley (Drew) Wyckoff, Samantha Jones and Hillari Jarvis.  Also surviving are a number of great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services for Mitchell Robinson will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 29th from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dr. Allen Wilburn officiating.  Music will rendered by Heather Camp.  Interment will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Drew Wyckoff, Warren Brumbelow, Rodney Robinson, Eric Robinson, Rodney Moody, Lamar Camp and Jacob Lemming.

The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the service hour.
