Mr. Mitchell "Mickey" Edward Cash, Sr., age 64, of Buchanan passed away Friday, March 25, 2016.  Mr. Cash was born in Villa Rica, Georgia on August 28, 1951.  He was the son of the late Burnell Cash and the late Barbara Bailey Cash.  Mr. Cash was a retired truck driver and a member of Westview Baptist Church in Tallapoosa.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Davis Cash of Buchanan; one daughter, Kellie Cash Smith of Buchanan; one son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell Edward, Jr. and Christy Cash of Bremen; one sister and brother-in-law, Pam and David Morchacos of Colorado; one brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Linda Cash of Athens; seven grandchildren, Kirstie Cash, Chelsey and her husband Buddy Umberger, Brandon Cash, Briegh Smith, Blake Smith, Alyson McInvale and Andrew McInvale; one great grandchild, Kaiden Weeks; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Alton Stamey officiating.  Music will be rendered by Randall Richardson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
