Mr. Milton Garfield Price, age 86, of Temple passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Mr. Price was born in Haralson County on July 2, 1925. He was the son of the late Lemuel Price and the late Lola Barkwell Price. Mr. Price was retired from Sewell Manufacturing Company where he worked as a presser. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Inez Brown Price.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Sandra Price of Temple; one sister, Dorothy Cash of Smyrna; one brother and sister-in-law, William and Frances Price of Bremen; three grandchildren, Gina Steed, Tina Butts and Steven Price; two great grandchildren, Christopher Punkosdy and Jake Vinson; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 17, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from District Line United Methodist Church with Rev. Garvin Sellers and Dr. Terrell McBrayer officiating. Interment will follow in District Line United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. James Smith officiating at the graveside.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
