Mr. Millard Ray Martin, Jr., age 64 of Tallapoosa, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021, in a local hospital.  He was born in Atlanta, GA, on February 12, 1957,  to the late Connie Westbrook Shelton and Millard Ray Martin, Sr.  In addition to his parents, Millard was preceded in death by a grandchild, Madison Ploof and three sisters: Cheryl Millsap, Marie Martin, and Debbie Davis. He enjoyed anything mechanical, especially working on cars and motorcycles.  He loved his family and his dogs.

Millard is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Jerry Brown of Temple; and April and Jesse Thompson of Buchanan; a son Phillip Martin of Tallapoosa; grandchildren Austin Ploof, Andrew Mickey, Jake Thompson, Adrienne Cash, Elizabeth Moody, Rebekah Owen, and Trista Martin; and fifteen great grandchildren.

In accordance with his wishes, Millard Martin will be cremated.  Floral contributions may be delivered to 205 Spiva Rd, Temple, GA  30179.
