Mr. Mike Mitchell, age 63 of Buchanan, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 10, 2021.  He was born on June 12, 1957, in Davenport, IA, to parents Catherine Swetmon Mitchell and George Lewis Mitchell.  Mike was a retired builder who loved his family, hunting and fishing.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Dixie Segars Mitchell of Buchanan; two daughters, Alecia Deese and Cherie Mitchell both of Buchanan,  two grandsons, Logan and Landon White; and one great-grandson, Hudson Lee.

In accordance with Mr. Mitchell's wishes, he was cremated.  No service is planned at this time.
