Mr. Mickey Lee Heard, age 36, of Tallapoosa passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012. Mr. Heard was born in Carroll County on August 19, 1975. He was the son of Billy Wayne Heard and the late Betty Pruitt Heard.

Survivors include two sons, Ryan and Andrew; father, Billy Wayne Heard of Bremen; one sister, Melissa Heard of Bowdon Junction; one half-sister, Reba Shell of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, Michael Heard of Tallapoosa and Mitchell Heard of Carrollton; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. John Lemmings officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M.

Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
