Mr. Michael Darryl McKibben, age 58, of Buchanan passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012. Mr. McKibben was born in Cedartown on July 13, 1953. He was the son of the late Frank McKibben and the late Maline Lee McKibben. Mr. McKibben was a carpenter and a farmer.

Survivors include one son, Joshua Hayes, Sr. of Buchanan; three grandchildren, Michael Montgomery Hayes, Joshua Hayes, Jr. and Tilden Hayes; special friend, Karen Hardin of Buchanan; and a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
