Mr. Michael Glen Gore, age 66, of 505 Buchanan St., Bremen passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009. Mr. Gore was born in Haralson County on October 14, 1943. He was the son of the late Glen Gore and the late Shirley Sanders Gore. Mr. Gore was retired from the United States Army and from the Georgia Department of Transportation. Survivors include his wife, Marcia Lambert Gore of Bremen; four sons, Mark Gore of Buchanan, Christopher Shadrix of Villa Rica, Terry Shadrix of Bremen and Kevin Gore of Bremen; one sister, Karen Head of Lawrenceville; one brother, Jerry Gore of Bremen; five grandchildren, Madison Shadrix, Camryn Gore, Cierra Shadrix, Ashton Gore and Kristen Shadrix; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Herman Parker officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Haralson County Veterans Association. In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, the body will be cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
