Mrs. Mary Sue Reeves Rutledge, age 91, of Bremen passed away Friday, April 10, 2015.  Mrs. Rutledge was born in Haralson County, Georgia on February 12, 1924.  She was the daughter of the late John William Reeves and Lavinia Estelle Gallman Reeves. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carroll Hoover Rutledge; two brothers, Elmer Reeves and Tommy Reeves.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Bill Standifer of Bremen; one son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Rhonda Rutledge of Bremen; two grandchildren, Meri Standifer Sampson and her husband Kyle of Missouri City, TX and Susan Standifer Davis and her husband Chase of Tallapoosa; one great grandchild, Will Sampson of Missouri City, TX; two sisters-in-law Mary Ann Reeves and Rose Reeves and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Herman Parker officiating.  Music will be rendered by Valerie Yearta and Maxine House.  Interment will follow on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
