Mrs. Mary Frances Tidwell Maner, age 71 of Buchanan, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014. She was born on Tuesday, May 5, 1942 in Dallas, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Sim Tidwell and the late Maudie Irene Smith. Besides her parents Mary is preceded in death by her sister Clara Keaton.

Mrs. Maner is survived by three sons, Dwayne Maner of Villa Rica, Michael and David Maner both of Bremen; Two daughters, Carolyn West and Connie Bradley both of Bremen; Two brothers, Tommy and Milton Tidwell both of Alabama; Three sisters, Maggie Edwards, Gertrude Floyd, and Annie Burrand all of Draketown and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will conducted on Friday March 14, 2014 at 2 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Reverend Sanford Tapley and Reverend Larry Keaton officiating. Mrs. Maner will lie in state from 12 Noon until the funeral hour. In accordance with Mrs. Maner's wishes, she will be cremated following the funeral service.
