Mrs. Mary Magdalene Wilson Brooks, age 76, of Bremen passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Mrs. Brooks was born in Bremen on October 29, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Jonathan Wilson and the late Myrl Boy Wilson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Brooks.

Survivors include one son, Rex Brooks of Bremen; three sisters, Jean Henson of Cartersville, Carolyn Vines of Morganton and Louise Wells of Bremen; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted from the graveside Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery with Rev. Buddy Gentry officiating. Interment will follow in Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery.
