Mr. Marvin Lewis McEntyre, age 71, of 103A.Highland Ave., Buchanan passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Mr. McEntyre was born in Atlanta on August 31, 1939. He was the son of the late John McEntryre and the late Hazel Marion. Mr. McEntyre was a retired painter. Survivors include one daughter, Ivey Jean McEntyre of Buchanan; three sona and oe daughter-in-law, Terry Lewis McEntyre of Buchanan, Marvin Jerel and Tina McEntyre of Waco and Jonny Lang McEntyre of Douglasville; four sisters, Barbara Hayes of Jasper, Patricia Hemphill of Jonesboro, Connie Wells of Stockbridge and Deborah McEntyre; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Holmes officiating. Interment will follow in the Tallapoosa East Baptist Church Cemetery. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
