Mrs. Martha Ella Koontz Fryar, age 79, of Canton passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012. Mrs. Fryar was born in Dale, Arkansas on August 8, 1933. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Koontz and the late Rosie Brown Koontz. Mrs. Fryar was a homemaker.

Survivors include one daughter, Glenda Harper of Canton; three brothers, Dennis Hollis, Steve Hollis and Rik Fryar all of Memphis, TN; ten grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in Memphis, TN.
