Mr. Mark Ladieu Kincade, age 70, of Carrollton passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025. He was born in Hawthorne, California on September 20, 1954. Mr. Kincade was the son of the late, Raymond Ladieu Kincade and the late, Frances Lucille (Wade) Johnson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kincade is preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Kincade and Matthew Kincade.
Mark served his country in the United States Marine Corps, retiring in 1985 as a Gunnery Sergeant. Continuing his legacy of service, he followed his time in the Marines by serving as a Deputy Sheriff for Cobb County, retiring after 20 years of service. Mr. Kincade was a member of The Church of Latter-day Saints in Carrollton. Mark was known as a hard worker and an excellent Mechanic. He also enjoyed going hunting, watching westerns, going to see Christmas Lights and spending time with his beloved family.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Edith (Howes) Kincade of Carrollton; four daughters and their spouses, Kellie Marie Kincade (Doug Morrow) of Temple, Sarah Beth Jefferson of Carrollton, Leanne Michelle Kincade (Chris Judd) of Marietta, and Lori Nichole Caldwell (Kenny) of Hogansville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Allen Michael Kincade(Jennifer) of Texas and Paul Michael Kincade (Christina) of Canton ; his sister, Malinda Kincade Heavilon; three brothers, Steve Parillo, Joe Kincade, and John Kincade; his grandchildren, Aiden, Aaron, Nick, Randall, Carter, Dakota, Ryan, Ryley, Blake, Rebecca, Abigail, Jaysen, Ella, Leilani, Kaitlyn, Gordon, Chloee, and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 3 P.M. from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Carrollton with Mr. Matt Wilson and Bishop Corky Whipple officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday, prior to the service from 2P.M. until the funeral hour.
On Monday, May 19, 2025, AT 1P.M. we will line up the Funeral Procession at Sutallee Baptist Church Parking Lot located at 895 Knox Bridge Road, White, GA 30184. The procession will leave at 1:30 P.M. and will arrive at Georgia National Cemetery where Committal Services will begin at 2:30 P.M. Military Honors being provided by the United States Marine Corps. Honor Guard and by the Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia.
