Mrs. Margaret Lynn Folds Evans, age 54, of Waco, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, February 10, 2020. She was born on Monday, January 13, 1966 to the late Glen Watson Folds and the late Flossie Mae Strickland Folds. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one sister, Mavis J. Skipper and two brothers, Randy Folds and Gary Folds. She was a home maker and raised 3 children.  She was a member of Lighthouse Church in Tallapoosa, GA.

Survivors include her loving husband of 35 years, David Mason Evans of Waco; one daughter, Amanda Lynn Evans of Waco; two sons and daughters-in-law, David Dewayne and Danyale Evans of Cedartown and Justin Daniel and Kayla Evans of Waco; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Dale Smith of Carrollton, Cathy and Pete Smith of Heflin, AL, Dolly Tarpley of Carrollton, Jackie Folds of Douglasville and Rebecca Hudson of Carrollton; one brother, G.W. Folds, Jr.; nine grandchildren and  a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 14, 2020 from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 3:00 PM with Brother Thomas Harbuck and Brother Jerry Perry officiating. Interment will follow in Goshen Methodist Church Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Matthew Kee, Joseph Folds, Timothy Harbuck, Dusty Folds, Ronald Waits and E.J. Kee. Serving as honorary will be Shawn Hammonds and Chris Smith.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
