Ms. Mandalin Eve Franks, age 38, of Tallapoosa passed away Monday, July 27, 2015.  Ms. Franks was born in Carrollton, Georgia on September 21, 1976.  She was a student at Columbia State University where she was working on her Master's Degree.  Ms. Franks was preceded in death by grandparents, J.C. and Frances Curry.

Survivors include her mother, Pamela Fletcher of Tallapoosa; step-father, John Fletcher of Carrollton; one sister, Jessica Manders of Roanoke, AL; one brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Erin Parmer of Bremen; one half-sister, Belinda and her husband Matt Scroggs of Clarksville; step-grandparents, Bill and Margaret Parmer of Roopville; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jason Hatchett and Rev. Cecil Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
