Mrs. Lorraine Elizabeth Nichols Kent, age 58, of Temple passed away Friday, July 30, 2010. Mrs. Kent was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 3, 1951. She was the daughter of the late James Edward Nichols, Sr. and Lorraine Huyler Nichols. Mrs. Kent was employed at Honda-Lok in Bremen. Survivors include her husband, James W. Kent of Temple; one daughter, Emily Hendon of Lanett, AL; one son, Matthew Kent of Powder Springs; mother, Lorriane Huyler Nichols of Temple; one brother and sister-in-law, James E and Geraldine Nichols, Jr. of Villa Rica; one grandchild, Jacob Fuller; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Karen Mullins, Ellen Ferris and Danny Hutcheson officiating. The body was cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: Susan G.
