Ms. Loretta Caylor McKibben, age 73, of Buchanan passed away Friday, December 30, 2016.  Ms. McKibben was born in Tazewell, Tennessee, on December 22, 1943.  She was the daughter of the late Elmer Caylor and the late Nervia Whitaker Caylor.  Ms. McKibben was retired from Eby Brown in Rockmart, Georgia.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Tennga Lawhorn; and one son, Harvey Lee McKibben, Jr.

Survivors include one son, Timothy Joe McKibben of Buchanan; two sisters, Jane Joslin of Fort Myers, FL and Kathy Green of Lakewood, FL; one brother, Melvin Caylor of Knoxville, TN; special friends, John and Beverly Dobbs of Buchanan; one grandchild, Angelica Pilgrim; one great grandchild, Rodney Pilgrim; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joe Shoemaker and Rev. Richard Brannon officiating.  Interment will follow in Valley View Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
