Mrs. Lois Marie Winters Wright, age 87, of 100 True Gospel Rd., Temple passed away Monday, July 12, 2010. Mrs. Wright was born in Haralson County on February 19, 1923. She was the daughter of the late James Monroe Winters and the late Maudee Hilburn Winters. Mrs. Wright was a retired seamstress. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Leon Wright. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bobby Eidson of Bowdon; three sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Jinnis Wright of Temple, Raymond and Jo Ann Wright of Bremen and Johnny and Gayle Wright of Temple; one sister, Eunice Hackney of Atlanta; one brother and two sisters-in-law, Bobby and Merle Winters of Augusta and Gussie Winters of Temple; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; and a number of other realtives. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. from Gospel Time Baptist Church with Rev. David Post and Rev. Buddy Cross officiating. Interment will follow in Draketown Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Terry Hutcheson, Steve Hutcheson, Ray Wright, Ray Moore, Joel Norton and Steve Gates. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
