Obituary

Lisa Ann Gregory Sanger, age 57 of Carrollton, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 17, 2025,  Born in New York, New York, Son November 22, 1967, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Hammond and the late Mary Eileen Burns Hammond.  In addition to her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her sister, Alana Kaufman.

Lisa had a heart of gold and always believed in putting others first.  As a perfectionist, she wanted her house in order and her family taken care of.  Lisa also found happiness being around water, whether she was sitting on the beach or fishing.  Being an avid outdoors woman, she enjoyed camping, flower gardening, and riding motorcycles. Dolly Parton was her favorite entertainer and Dollywood was her favorite vacation spot.  But Lisa's family was her passion.  She was a devoted mother who loved her children and grandchildren fiercely. Her loving, sacrificing personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memories are her children: Chris, Robert (Ashley) , Holly, Christin, Tommy, Dillon, Carson, Shawn, Norman, Nick, and bonus son, Gavin; her sister Dawn (Stan Arbatowicz) Hammond; and brother, Robert Gregory, Jr.  Also surviving are her 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Kevin Kaufman, and her nieces and nephews: Drew, Logan, Paige, Ricky, Kyle, and Jake; as well as other extended family members and friends.

In keeping with her wishes, Lisa will be cremated.  The family is planning a celebration of her life at a later date.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory is honored to serve the cremation needs of the Sanger family.
