Mrs. Linda Sue Head Jones, age 60, of Waco passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018.  Mrs. Jones was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 16, 1957.  She was the daughter of the late James Head and the late Ruth Viola Long Head.  Mrs. Jones was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Jones; one grandchild, Makayla Burton; two brothers, Larry Head and Michael Head.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Kim and Troy Burton of Tallapoosa, and Christy Jones of Waco; one son, Nathan Jones of Temple; one sister, Stella Jones of Rockmart; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Ron and Cheryl Head, and Jimmy Head all of Dallas; three grandchildren, Hoyt Burton, David Burton and Christopher Jones; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Buddy Collett an Rev. Tyler Barron officiating. Music will be rendered by Kenard Jones, Connie Jones, Wanda Garner Adams and Lamar Garner.  Interment will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Rockmart with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Scot Jones, Corey Jones, Brad Jones, Mark Jones, Tim Jones and Ricky Hartley.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:0 P.M.
