Lewis William Clark, age 68 of Temple, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Born on June 5, 1956, in Monroe, Michigan, he was the son of the late Lewis William Clark, Sr. and the late Evelyn Mae Campbell Clark.

A very spirited and compassionate man, Lewis lived his faith.  He never met a stranger, was friendly to all, and truly believed in showing his love for others as Jesus taught us.  He was a devoted member of Freedom Baptist in Temple.  Lewis enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was working in his garden or being out on the open road riding his Harley.   He was a talented guitar player and also spent many enjoyable hours bowling with friends.  Lewis retired from UPS after being employed there for more than 35 years.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his brothers and sister-in-law, Lonnie Clark of Temple and Danny and Diana Clark of Florida; sister, Dianne Clark of Atlanta, and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of  Life service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with brother Homer Wysner officiating.
