Mr. Leonard Jerry Eaves, age 70, of 968 Centerpoint Rd., Carrollton passed away Monday, June 14, 2010. Mr. Eaves was born in Haralson County on June 3, 1940. He was the son of the late R.D. Eaves and the late Estelle Causey Eaves. Mr. Eaves a lawn mower repairman. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Eaves of Carrollton; six daughters and two sons-in-law, Carla Kartman of Texas, Tammy and Michael Miller of Douglasville, Jenny Hollis of Carrollton, Kelsey Eaves of Carrollton, Lindsey and Stephen Washington of Villa Rica and Stephanie Eaves of Carrollton; three sons and three sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Traci Eaves of Carrollton, Randy and Cindy Eaves of Hiram and Chad and Christina Eaves of Douglasville; one brother and sister-in-law, Rudolph and Virginia Eaves of Temple; eleven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Buddy Gentry officiating. Interment will follow in the Piney Woods Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Austin Eaves, Aaron Eaves, Stephen Washington, Michael Miller, Bobby Holcombe and Johnny Mullenix. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
