Mrs. Lena Allison Kelley, age 87, of Buchanan passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010. Mrs. Kelley was born in Pike County on May 17, 1923. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Kelley was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Andrew Kelley. Survivors include two son and one daughter-in-law, Johnny Kelley of Buchanan and Thomas and Darlene Kelley of Buchanan; one granddaughter, Amber and her husband Justin Smith of Tallapoosa; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Sanford Tapley and Rev. Barry Golden officiating. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Justin Smith, Lowell Ayers, Eddie Ayers, Mark Ayers, Anthony Ayers and Randy Pullen. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
