Mr. Larry Wayne Sanders, age 71, of Oxford, Alabama, passed away Friday, November 12, 2016.  Mr. Sanders was born in Buchanan, Georgia on March 20, 1945.  He was the son of the late Hugh Dorsey Sanders and the late Emily Caldwell Mason.  Mr. Sanders was an automobile mechanic.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Rodney Sanders.

Survivors include his spouse, Bonnie Dunaway of Oxford, AL; four daughters, Angela Scara of Bremen, Teresa Mills of Buchanan, Wendy Sanders and Christy Williams both of Tallapoosa; one son, Donald Corey Sanders of Villa Rica; two step-daughters, Julie Tillery of Helflin, AL, and Amanda Dunaway of Oxford, AL; two sisters, Brenda Yearty of Bremen and Annette Junior of Helflin, AL; eighteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Bro. Danny Mason officiating.  In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, he will be cremated following the funeral service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
