Mr. Larry Clinton Pope, age 76, of Dawsonville, formerly of Villa Rica, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017.  Mr. Pope was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 18, 1941.  He was the son of the late Doxie Clinton Pope and the late Ada Ruth Mabry Pope.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Kathie Pope of Dawsonville, and Eric and Carol Pope of Woodstock; one brother Mike Pope of Newnan; one nephew, Kenny Pope; and a number of other relatives.

Entombment services will be private at the mausoleum at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
