Mr. Lanny Franklin Hobbs, age 67, of Carrollton formally of Buchanan passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019. He was born on September 9, 1951 in Haralson County to the late Benjamin (Jake) Franklin Hobbs and the late Christine Carroll Hobbs.

Survivors include one son, Lanny Jason Hobbs of Bremen; one sister, Tammy Hobbs Buchli of Marietta; one brother and sister-in-law, Sammy (Debbie) Hobbs of Buchanan; one granddaughter, Jessica Hobbs of Bremen and several other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 6:00 PM with Homer Wysner officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the service hour.

In keeping with Mr. Hobbs wishes he will be cremated before the service.
